The Lord’s Prayer is a model, not a mantra. The Lord’s prayer is an outline, it’s a sketch where Jesus gets us started, and then we fill in the gaps. The Lord’s prayer skeleton to where we flesh it out as we pray. Last week we started with verse 9 and got as far as “Our Father….” Today, we’ll finish verse 9, learning how God is in Heaven and how God’s name is to be honored as holy.
