Faith Among Terrifying Fear

The focus of this narrative has generally been on how Jesus calms the sea or how the wind and waves obey Jesus. But focusing solely on Jesus' power and authority over nature only reveals a partial truth in this story. I'm guessing you didn't come to church today only to hear a partial truth, did you? You don't come here to listen to man's opinion or man's idea about God. You came here today to hear from God Himself and to experience His manifest presence among us. God's truth comes from God's Word.
