The topic for today’s sermon is “Peter’s Denial of Jesus.”


This narrative is in every Gospel, and we’ll be pulling from every Gospel writer to give us a complete picture of the story.


I want to begin with this thought…


Peter’s denial started long before this night in the courtyard of the High Priest.


Because one of Peter’s biggest problems is his big mouth.


He talks way too much.


His ego is truly out of control.

Let’s look in our rear view mirror just a few hours ago when Jesus is trying to teach

Peter a very valuable lesson.
