Today, we look at an event that took place shortly after the shocking news of Jesus's humiliation, death, and resurrection. This event is both disturbing and insightful. It’s filled with everything that makes a good movie—ambition, power, politics, anger, self-righteousness, selfishness, and, finally, love and humility. Today’s message is profound. Jesus' words have the power to change not only us but also the entire culture of your family, your workplace, your church, and even the Verde Valley around us. But for that type of profound change to happen, change must first start with us individually.
